How to find King Cods - Seaton Carew

Located on the seafront at Seaton Carew, King Cods’ is easy to find from any direction.  

From Hartlepool

From the A689 in central Hartlepool, take the A178 (Church Road) towards Seaton Carew. Follow the road, bearing right onto Mainsforth Terrace and over the railway bridge onto Coronation Drive. King Cod’s is on the left hand side before central Seaton Carew.

From the South (A19)

Travelling on the A19 northbound, take the Hartlepool turn-off, signed A689. Turn right at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout, and the 1st exit at the next roundabout.  Continue for several miles and continue straight ahead through the traffic light junctions. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the B1276 (Seaton Lane). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the t-junction, turn left onto the A178 into Seaton Carew. Continue forward away from central Seaton Carew, King Cod’s is located on the right hand side.

From the North (A19)

Travelling on the A19 southbound, take the Hartlepool turn-off, signed A179. Turn left at the roundabout onto the A179. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout, and the 2nd exit at the following roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit, still following signs for the A179. Over the next series of roundabouts, continue to follow signs for A179. At the large traffic light junction within the town centre, turn left onto the A178 (Church Road) towards Seaton Carew. Follow the road, bearing right onto Mainsforth Terrace and over the railway bridge onto Coronation Drive. King Cod’s is on the left hand side before central Seaton Carew.
